FLINT Farming Industry Heater is an eco-friendly heater that uses waste edible oil. It is an eco-friendly category product and aims to maximize energy efficiency by using waste edible oil. climate change is rapidly progressing due to air pollution caused by harmful substances generated when using fossil fuels, and an increase in carbon dioxide, interest in alternative energy that can replace fossil fuels is increasing due to fossil fuels running out. Based on the technology of burning waste edible oil, we design a heater to replace fossil energy and can reduce the cost-bearing of fuel. It is an eco-friendly product and has a design form suitable for the eco-friendly concept, and has a useful form that can be used for agricultural and livestock purposes.
The Flint Farming industry heater has a form of triangles, straight lines, and slight curves. The triangular form holds the center of gravity with the ground and gives stability. In the form of a straight line, the curve not only gives consumers aesthetic stability but also secures the safety of use to hide sharpness. The location of the controller is located as close as possible to the user, increasing the sense of use, and the wheel is designed to be easy to move or fix by mounting only the front part.
In the process of burning waste edible oil, we need the first 30 seconds to overheat. After that, combustion gradually starts and thermal power control can be performed. we can adjust three stages of thermal power. It has a structure that vertically burns from bottom to top and discharges parallel to the front. The strength of the wind can perform a function of heating an area of 1300㎡ or more if the inlet duct is mounted and used.
recently interest in agriculture is increasing because of the trend of smart farms. we aim to increase the satisfaction of users by providing differentiated products in modern society, which are not very interested in design and usability in agriculture. we aim to emphasize the difference between environmental and economic disadvantages caused by fossil fuels and electricity use with the purpose of low cost and low carbon.
we expect reducing of social costs in the environment and health sectors due to air pollution reduction and reduction of treatment costs and resource consumption by recycling organic waste. We are looking forward to achieving the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by country, revitalizing the eco-friendly energy industry, and collaborating in new convergence fields. In addition, we expect invigoration of design in the agricultural and livestock fields, which are non-pioneering areas, and invigoration of design activities of many products and services.
